Week 2

Dad has now lost 10 lbs and I have lost 4. I was really discouraged on Tuesday night--the dreaded second week-but when weigh in hit on wed. I was okay with what the scale said. Dad is pretty pumped and not even giving in to the chip craving. He is hoping to lose another 5 before the weigh in in Feb. I will be content with another 4.

I am so proud of you and Dad. I can't believe the progress you have made already! I think it's great that you two are doing it together. It's always nicer to have someone next to you pushing you harder. :) Love ya!

Way to go Mom! You are awesome! I am not doing much at all in the way of exercise and I know how hard it is to just get on that machine. I'm glad you found a program that inspires and motivates you. Keep up the good work! (I'll be back later to check on your work. :)

Congratulations! It must feel good to be working towards something and seeing results. I can't believe all the exercising you guys do. That's amazing. You are doing awesome! Keep up the good work.
